Getting started

  1. Accept your TestFlight invitation and install Breeders Aid on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Sign in with the email address we invited.
  3. Say hello to Bernie, your Breeders Aid companion, and tap Let's go!
  4. Start a litter from Litters, add the puppies with their collar colours, and do your first weigh-in.
  5. Open the Calendar from Home to see every date that's coming up.

Resetting your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password?. Keep Breeders Aid open.
  2. Open the email titled Reset your Breeders Aid password.
  3. Either tap Choose a new password and then Open Breeders Aid — or type the 8-digit code from the email into Breeders Aid. Opening the button's page doesn't use up the code.
  4. Choose your new password and enter it twice. You'll see Password updated.

Each email works once: use the button or the code. If a code says it has expired, ask for a new email. Codes last one hour.

Signing in with a link or code

Tap Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in screen. The email has a button and a code — use whichever is easier on the device you're holding.

Moving from PupLog

PupLog is now Breeders Aid. Your account, password and records are exactly the same — install Breeders Aid from your new TestFlight invitation and sign in as before. PupLog keeps working until you've switched.

Common questions

The keyboard covers a field. Drag down on the form to hide the keyboard, or update to the latest Breeders Aid build from TestFlight.

Can I use Breeders Aid on more than one device? Yes. Sign in with the same account on your iPhone, iPad or Mac and your records stay in step.

A weight looks wrong. Open the weigh-in again and correct it — Breeders Aid updates the same reading rather than adding a second one.

Can I change a calendar date? Yes. Tap the date, choose Change date and add a reason if you like. The original date is kept and you can reset it any time.
